- For spiral patterns up to 4 color choices

For a full refund, request must be submitted 10 days prior to delivery.
Cancellations or changes after this deadline are subject to a 50% charge of the order value.
How to submit Cancellation and Change requests
Please submit your request by email to erika@riseadesign.com and CC valerie@riseadesign.com. Please consider your order Canceled or Changed only when you have received a confirmation email back from Rise A Design.
For Events and Large Custom Orders
Our dispatcher will call the event contact person and arrange times and dates prior to delivery and/or setup to secure access to venue/space.
Balloon Deliveries to a Residence (if applicable)
Balloons must be accepted in person and can not be left at residence entrance unattended. Our dispatcher will call the residence and arrange a time a day prior to delivery to secure time frame of order delivery. If buyer does not want Rise A Design dispatcher to call delivery residence you must specify this request on the checkout section.
Balloon Deliveries to a Business (if applicable)
If the receipient is unavailable when delivery is made, the balloon arrangements will be left at the front office of business location if allowed.
Balloon Deliveries to a Hospital (if applicable)
We will contact the hopsital prior to delivery to ensure that balloons are permitted in patient's rooms. Please note that only mylar balloons are permitted in most hospitals. At times deliveries must be left at nurses station.
Balloon Deliveries to a Hotel (if applicable)
Deliveries to hotel guests are made in care of the front desk, bell desk, or concierge. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the hotel completes the delivery.
Balloon Deliveries to a School (if applicable)
Not all schools permit balloon deliveries to students. Schools that accept balloon arrangements sometimes require the delivery to be made to the main office. In this case the customer is responsible for ensuring that the schooll office contacts the student to pick up the balloon arrangements.
Rise A Design reserves the right to do special balloon shape substitutions when needed. The substituted balloon/s will be the same theme and/or character and a similar size.
All orders $500 or more are required a minimum of 50% DEPOSIT.
Orders $500 or more must enter code "Deposit" at checkout page to process.
